On Friday, JI received a package from Zulily and the package only weighed 7 pounds and contained a pool cover. I was then charged an additional overweight handling fee of $9.95 which was understandable as I know pools are heavy, plus the normal tax for a total of $80. Purchased for an advertised price of $64.99. Includes one pool and one cover (two pieces total) 18'H Plastic Imported. The throw blanket does appear to have had the dimensions stated on the website under the item description. But from day one Zulily said the item was non-returnable. I would have returned the item as soon as I saw that Zulily nor the manufacturer could resolve the problem in a timely manner. I have been significantly inconvenienced and the purpose I specifically ordered the item for passed long before I received the correct part. Sending an email to someone telling them they received the part almost 60 days after purchasing an item is not a resolution. The damaged part is located right where you need to put the water. Notice the name of the item, it is a Wave Water Rowing Machine. It took almost two months to receive the correct part for an item that cost $316.35. Since I have been going back and forth through email with the Zulily Resolution Team. The second time I received the incorrect part again. Since that time I contacted the manufacturer twice for a part. I emailed them the pictures again using my Zulily account email address ******************* On I received an email from ********* from the Zulily Resolution Team asking if I wanted a replacement or refund. I emailed them with my phone and I used my Apple email address. I contacted Zulily by phone again and was told that I had not received a response because I emailed them the pictures from an email address that is not on my account. I never heard back from Zulily and the manufacturer sent me a part that did not belong to the item I have. Meanwhile I contacted the manufacturer and asked for the damaged part to be replaced. I took pictures right away and called Zulily customer service. ![]() I received the item on Apand the item was damaged. On ApI ordered a Stamina ************ Elite Wave Water Rowing Machine (Order# **********). ![]()
